Uncertainty> Always There

Good morning folks,

The bounce held fairly well yesterday and we are bumping up against some areas of price resistance in a few of the indexes while we filled the gap in others. Markets around the globe are putting in a follow through day and that could carry over into our markets which are up premarket while volatility and fear have subsided. 

The dollar took a pause yesterday and that helped give oil and energy names a little boost. Gold and miners had a small pullback as stabilized markets helped stabilize currencies. It is impossible to know if this bounce will be the end of correction we just experienced or if this is just a dead cat bounce. Time will be the only thing that will help us determine that. 

Buy the dip has been programmed into our subconscious for years and it may be no different this time but I have a hard time believing that the impact of Brexit is only a two day event for the markets. 

I plan to proceed with caution but I am paying close attention to the IBB and the biotech sector (LABU) along with silver (SLV)as it takes out 17 premarket.
