Pyramid Of Success

Good morning folks,

Yesterday was a yet another consolidation day the dollar showed a little weakness as oil also took a pause after rallying 4 days in a row. Today we get inventories @ 10:30 ET and that could present a catalyst if it surprises with either a larger than anticipated build (bearish) or draw (bullish). As I write this two reports hit the news wire Saudi Arabia tells OPEC it raised output to a record high and OPEC increased demand outlook for 2016 to 1.22M barrels a day. Oil is pulling back premarket. 

Earnings season is already winding down and the markets have managed to hold up really well. However, September and October are typically the most challenging and bearish months for the markets. I don't put a whole lot of credence in the seasonality of the markets since the markets often do the opposite of what most try to anticipate but we have had a tremendous run and it wouldn't be a shocker if the markets get a bit nervous leading into the circus show of our Presidential Election.

We could see more of this choppy action unless we get some type of catalyst.
