Willpower

Good morning folks,
It was another constructive day for many of the indexes and sectors yesterday. The ones that stood out the most were the low floaters that had some crazy moves like HMNY which had another impressive day.

Oil closed over 50 dollars a barrel and now there is chatter that it may be headed to 60 when not too long ago it was almost a given that it was going to test a 20 handle. It always amazes me how quickly sentiment and price can turn. Energy names could be the sector to watch today since there have been many names in the sector consolidating creating some nice looking setups.
The IBB action was a bit weak and to be expected as we were approaching that level of price resistance we spoke about in this weeks market wrap video. This could be a healthy pull back as long as we can hold above 270.

The IWM continues to power higher in a very controlled move and could be looking for a 120 test where we will likely run into some price resistance. The small cap low floater space is hot right now and con provide some crazy fun trading opportunities. As I write this GEVO is up 163 percent off of news. It only has 30 million shares in the float and broke out yesterday on significant volume. These are risky type plays and it is easy to get caught up in chasing them but make sure you have a clearly defined risk reward strategy and also make sure your position sizing is appropriate. Many of these low floater names need capital and quite often are pop and floppers and they are also subject to multiple circuit breaker trading halts. Some potential sympathy plays with GEVO are CERE, TVIA, PEIX, GURE

The dollar still looks weak and could be heading lower and if that happens commodity related stocks and ETF's should benefit. AKS just caught an upgrade this morning with a 7 dollar price target. Steel, mining, oil, precious metals, are all sectors to keep an eye on.
