What Can We Learn From The Cleveland Cavaliers?

Good morning folks, 
What an awesome & incredibley fantastic weekend!!! 

I am originally from Cleveland Ohio and last night the Cavs were able to do something that has never been done in NBA history. They overcame incredible odds and beat Golden State in their house after winning three games in a row and battling back from what looked like the abyss early in the series. It is an accomplishment for the history books and it is also a lesson for everyone whether you are a sports fan or not. Perseverance is a trait that you must posess if you want to succeed in the face of challenges that come with trading and life itself. 

I always tell new traders that this is going to be the most challenging thing you have ever set out to do. The obstacles are imense and always changing! Noone is perfect and there wil almost certainly be times where it seems as though every trade you take is going against you. 

Changing your approach, studying your trades to identify where you may be going wrong, reducing your size when you are in a slump, staying focused, walking away when you are overly emotional, etc..... PERESEVERANCE is what will get you through the slump and its what leads you to success! The CAVS showed the world just how powerful persaverance can be!

Markets are gapping up in premarket off of Brexit polls suggesting the majority may be leaning to stay in the EU. We talked about the fact that these polls could be way off and we can not know with certainty what will happen till Thursday. Speculation is powerful but the results will tell the real story. 

Gap up days are typically my most challenging days to trade. The game plan remains the same as it was in this weeks videos. Keep a close eye on Gold and Silver, the dollar, oil and energy sectors.
