Protect What You Have

Good morning folks, 
We had another indecisive day in the markets yesterday. 

Being in a mostly cash position may not be very exciting but it is a very comfortable place to be as the markets continue to grind around in this range. We don't have to try and force trades if the action doesn't justify taking the risk. Protecting what you have should always be at the forefront of  our minds. If the risk reward is not presenting a minimum ratio of at least 2 to 1 >then sitting on your hands is the right action for us to take. 

The rhetoric from Fed continued yesterday as yet another member reinforced that the central bank is getting ready to take action on the interest rate since the US economy has recovered from the weak winter.

Oil and gold experienced minor pullbacks yesterday as the dollar hit the pause button on its recent ascent. Volatility remains nonexistent as complacency and indecision reigns.   

Toll Brothers reported better than expected earnings and if the New home sales report comes in stronger that expected home builders could be in play.

Tiny floaters have been all the rage lately and there are a few tiny floater stocks on my premarket list below. If you play in the space make sure your position sizing is appropriate for the amount of risk you are taking with illiquid low float stocks.
