Bears Need To Quit

PLAYING GAMES!!
Good morning folks,
The bears had every opportunity to take control yesterday as the dollar continued to strengthen and the areas of technical support we have been watching for the S&P500 were breached.

By the end of the day the markets were lower but the bulls still managed to retake the key levels of support in several indexes. I have been more bearish lately but I will change that tone the longer it takes for the bears to take control.

I mentioned in yesterdays blog that I would not press my bearish bets in short ETF's or Volatility plays until we CLOSE convincingly below perceived support levels. Until that happens we could just continue to grind sideways and give the markets time to build up some energy while allowing some of the beaten down sectors an opportunity to recover.

There are a few things happening now and other events that are going to happen over the next couple of weeks that could give us a catalyst for the markets to move higher. I will go over them in this weeks market wrap video after the close today.

Finance ministers from the G7 begin a two day meeting which could give us some headlines that impact the markets while disappointing earnings from DE will likely be a drag on the Agriculture sector.
