Don't Stress


Good morning Folks,
We are flashing green this morning after more weakness yesterday. We may finally get a 10 percent correction but I am not holding my breath for it. I have been fooled on more than one occasion with the crazy bull market. However, I continue to build my wish list of stocks I want to own for the long haul if we get a real swift pullback.

STOCKS TO WATCH
Netflix (NFLX) shareholders have approved an increase in the company's share authorization, the precursor to a stock split. There's no indication yet for an exact ratio for the split.
After inadvertently releasing a statement and quickly pulling it back Tuesday,Target (TGT) acknowledged last night that it's, indeed, raising its quarterly dividend and boosting its share buyback program.

An FDA panel has recommended approval of a cholesterol drug developed by Regeneron (REGN) and Sanofi (SNY). The agency, which usually follows such guidance, is set to consider the drug today.

HCC Insurance (HCC) is being bought by Japan's Tokio Marine for $78 per share in cash or $7.5 billion. The deal for the Houston-based company is the biggest ever overseas acquisition by a Japanese non-life insurance company.


General Motors (GM) may face wire-fraud charges in connection with its failure to fix faulty ignition switches blamed for more than 100 deaths, according to the Wall Street Journal.
