Good morning folks,
Just glancing through the headlines negativity seems to be setting the tone around the globe. Japan missed numbers, Germany export figures on the weaker side, negative headlines out of Greece, Congress and the debt limit, a more comprehensive capital analyses for the banks this week to approve or deny their capital plans due out on Wednesday.
Like we discussed over the weekend its not time to hit the panic button but it is time to be cautious and see how this week plays out. Just be careful with breakouts and long setups. If you have some nice profits sitting in your swings or long term hold accounts you may want to consider harvesting some of those gains and building up some cash. There is nothing wrong with having some cash sitting on the sidelines ready to deploy when opportunities present themselves.
