Perfect Harmony

Good morning folks,
Break out the bubbly! Lets all gather round hold hands and sing Kumbaya!!!!

Chatter of a conceptual deal with Greece, a cease fire announced between Russia and Ukraine, CSCO back with a vengeance, FEYE better than expected earnings, low oil prices, a huge amount of liquidity out in the world, indexes attempting to hit all time highs and unable to have a 10 percent correction. Dogs and Cats living together >> LETS PARTY!

Please understand I am being a bit sarcastic.  Bull markets do not die of old age. It takes a recession or some sort of black swan event. It has been so long since we have had some consistent downward pressure on the market I have almost forgotten what it is like to feel a true correction.

The markets appear to be on the cusp of taking out some key levels of resistance and we may be about to break out of the trading range we have been in for the last couple months. We are still overbought and personally I feel a correction would be healthy.  However, the market doesn't really care what I think and reality is you can't fight the tape. The markets can stay overbought for quite some time and I remain cautious but I will be looking for the path of least resistance.
