Beat The Odds!

LIKE THE BUCKEYES BABY!

Good morning folks,
How about those Buckeyes>?? What an amazing season!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We are flashing green this morning. Alcoa reported decent numbers last night to kick off earnings season. Oil continues to drop and gold had another strong day yesterday. As we get deeper into earnings we should get a much clearer picture of where the markets are heading. It won't be the earnings that just passed that are important it will be the guidance that is given moving forward that matters. Yesterday we had a flurry of pre-announcements and it was a mixed bag.  The IBB, miners and home builders were the strength of the market yesterday while the SMH, IYT, SOCL,XLE and XLF were weak. There is no need to try and catch falling knifes or try and be a hero. Be patient wait for the right setup>>> stay disciplined.

Here is the other video I watched this weekend.

This year, one of the things I would like to accomplish is putting together a group of aspiring and active traders/ investors for monthly informal social gatherings where we can talk about stocks, the markets, trading and investing strategies. Last night was the first meeting and while it was a small group it was really a lot of fun. If you are in Vegas and interested in being part of such a group email me @ Alphawolfvegas66@gmail.com
