Good Morning


Good morning folks, 
We actually have a bit of red premarket we had some disappointing news from McDonald's and there was some negative news out there from other parts of the globe. 
We did have a buyout of CBST which could benefit one of the stocks on my video this weekend as a potential sympathy play CEMP.  
SNSS removed from my watch list after the pr this morning. Oil is getting crushed after multiple negative comment from analysts.

In the news today
U.S. stock futures were lower in early trading, pressured by weaker than expected economic data out of China and Japan. The Dow hit another record Friday on strong U.S. jobs numbers, and stands about 41 points away from 18,000. (CNBC)
Oil prices fell to a five-year low on Monday, after Morgan Stanley cut its 2015 forecast for Brent crude, citing oversupply. (CNBC)
Banks, including JPMorgan (JPM), Citigroup (C), and Bank of America(BAC), are urging some of their largest customers in the U.S. totake their cash elsewhere because of new regulations. (WSJ-subscription)
Uber has been banned from operating in the Indian capital of New Delhi after a young female passenger was allegedly raped by one the ride-hailing service's drivers. In an unrelated development, a Dutch court has banned Uber in the Netherlands. (Reuters & AP)
Drug giant Merck (MRK) has agreed to buy antibiotics maker Cubist(CBST) for $8.4 billion, a 35 percent premium. Meanwhile, an immunotherapy drug made by Merck has shown promise against lymphoma(CNBC & Reuters)
Blackstone (BX) is selling 26 office buildings in Northern Californiato Hudson Pacific Properties (HPP) for $3.5 billion. The properties were part of a real estate trust purchased in 2007 for $39 billion.(WSJ-subscription)
Responding to declining sales and a shrinking base of younger customers, McDonald’s (MCD) plans to announce a vast expansion its "Create Your Taste" test platform. (USA Today)
