I am not frustrated currently, but there are times when it does happen.
I try to post things on this blog that will be helpful to anyone embarking on the journey of becoming a trader. Frustration is something that will happen and using it to your advantage will be extremely important.
If you are struggling take a step back, reevaluate what you are doing, study your process, evaluate your game plan. critique your execution, know your risk reward, analyze what the market is doing, consider your mental state and learn from your mistakes. There is nothing wrong with walking away for a day or two and taking some time to regroup. There is no shame in that! Know that this isn't personal its just a job and everyone goes through bad streaks or tough days on the job. The beauty of this job though, is that you are in control and you decide when to engage and when to sit on the sidelines. Use that to your advantage!!!

Gold is higher this morning look for NUGT GDX JNUG to continue along with individual junior miners names ANV IAG AUY FCX NGD SAND are a few off the top of my head , MPO was upgraded by GS oil and oil services could also be in play AAV EXXI WFT AXAS are a few of my favs.
UEC pr possible 2 dolla roll, JASO pr possible bounce play, SUNE pr last night could be a gap and go, SCON pr very thin look for volume 3 dolla roll, PLUG pr possible bounce play, MITK swing still climbing looking for 4 dolla holla, GERN seems like we have accumulation at the 3 mark, ONVO popping off pr can pop and flop so be careful,
