Like I said yesterday in the video its fed day today so it could get a little squireley out there. Don't over commit to a position prior to the Fed announcement. Stay nimble and consider taking smaller postion sizes if you feel compelled to hold something throught the announcement. We appear to be heading for a green open hopefully that will be the theme of the day. FDX had a good earnings report this morning and that is usually a good company to follow as it gives us a sense of how strong the pulse is for the economy.

INSM pr gapper nice daily, SCMP pr needs to crack 7.50 with authority , MEET active premarket investor day today would not chase it, BBRY pr flat top break out 8.55 resistance, XONE and VJET both on radar secor hot, SINA hot daily could be ready for a bounce, ZLCS pr had a nice 3 day pullback after the pop, LIVE fluff piece daily not bad but don't chase it
