I am not suggesting that you can't jump in and out of a stock for a quick hit. You can swim up and take a quick nibble. Just don't swallow the hook.
The market has changed and bounces are not to be trusted. Reduce the size of your positions and be quick with booking profits. Swings are not something you want to be heavy in right now. If you have profits book most of them hold some shares for lotto and build that cash position. Stocks are starting to go on sale and this will create all kinds of fantastic opportunities. Stay nimble, have a plan, and be disciplined. I have done very little day trading no more than one or two trades per day just enough to pocket a few bucks for my Mani Pedi. LOL
Then I sit on the sidelines and watch, looking for those stocks that I really want to own @ a discount.
This strategy may change if the market were to change and it was clear that we were in a sustained rebound and a continuation of the secular bull run we have been enjoying.
