Caution is definitely in order as we now have pierced the 50 moving averages in tne SP500 and the Russell 2000 and things could continue to get ugly for a little while. There will still be trades but I suggest you use smaller position sizes and be quick taking profits. I will say, we are getting near oversold so we could get some bounce plays but I think the overall trend will continue lower.
