Yesterday was just a churn and burn day for me as the unrest in Cairo seemed to be playing havoc with the markets. In my video watch list I had $CLNT and said in the video that it can be a widow maker and that is because it has a tendency to have these big pops and equally big drops. Long story short I traded it twice and basically made my broker a little money and mad myself enough for an Ice cream cone. I also took a position in $SGOC which I sold half for a 24 cent gain and I held the remaining portion overnight.
Probably the best advice I can give today is go start your vacation early!!! We have a shortened session today and the Cairo thing is supposedly 4 hours away from some sort of deadline.
Things could be pretty choppy today so if things aren't working go spend some time with the fam, hit the gym, call some friends, buy some fireworks, have a cocktail, walk the dog, go golfing, see a movie, write a book , read a book , go swimming, get a manicure >>>> You get the idea lol
Whatever you decide to do, have a fantastic day and have a wonderful Fourth tomorrow.
Morning movers and stocks that caught my eye
$OCZ pr, GST pr, $CTIC pr, $MRCY pr thin nice daily, $ROYL can be a pop and fade so be careful, $ASTX holding tough testing the 20 day, $NVAX @ big price resistance could really get moving, $ZIOP hot daily, $IPAS looks ready riding 200 day, $TEAR testing 20 day, $NQ kinda hot, $LYV nice daily, $AVNR pr, $PBTH pr possible flat top Break out , $XOMA pr nice daily coiling right under moving averages
