The FOMC meeting is scheduled for Tues and Wed this week. He should give us a glimpse into whether he is leaning towards continuing his easy monetary policy or if he is leaning towards tightening. At the very least there will be some type of cryptic clue that will be dissected by the investment community and that usually provides some volatility to the markets because no one can agree on the true meaning of what the Fed says. My best recommendation is right before the FOMC is set to speak take a chill pill have your finger on the trigger and be ready to play the frantic action that often occurs don't over commit to the initial reaction of the market because often the first reaction is wrong so be flexible and ready play both directions.
