I guess that means it doesn't feel like you are standing in a sauna and apparently standing in a microwave is much better because you don't notice that you are being cooked alive. Last time I checked FIRE is a dry heat and guess what? Fire is>>> really, REALLY HOT!
For the last several days the market has been pretty hot as well and today just may be the day it cools off a bit. We have the re-balancing and options expiration today so I expect some interesting swings in the market today. I would limit the amount of swings you are holding and be quick to take profits when you have them.
Yesterday was a good day but should have been much better as $CERE was my big winner for the day. I got in early and took profits right away which always makes the rest of the day so much easier. I probably held the last piece to long and should have sold it out in the 3.50 area but I wanted to see if we would get a late day push. It never materialized and I wound up selling the last piece @ 3.35 it was still a 30 cent gain.
I also had a nice hit with a couple of swing positions in $VPCO and $MEET I scaled out some of both and now hold small lotto positions. I had a quick hit in $GTAT and I was flat in a trade on $ZGNX.
I am disappointed with the amount of plays I missed like $CAMP which I have watched forever, $$RKUS, $INVN $LEAP and a few other names. I just wasn't quick enough to get in where I wanted to get in so consequently I sat on the sidelines and watched them go.
