Gapping down                                                                  

In reaction to disappointing earnings/guidance: NTE -29.4%, SBGI -1.8% (also  
announces public offering of 14 mln primary shares of Class A common stock).  
  
A few hospital names ticking lower following CMS update: SNH -2.4%, KND -1.1%,
SEM -0.8%.                                                                    
  
Other news: NBG -12.3% (still checking for anything specific, parliament      
approved jobcuts in Greece), MBI -3.9% (reports out Friday indicated the co   
has hired legal advisors to assist in finance unit rehabilitation ), LVS -0.7%
(disclosed Friday night that PricewaterhouseCoopers declined to stand for     
re-election as the Company's independent registered public accounting firm for
FY13 ), VOD -0.5% (Vodafone PLC investors want larger bid from Verizon (VZ);  
looking for ~$120 bln offer, according to reports).                           
      
Analyst comments: GCI -2.1% (downgraded to Underweight from Equal Weight at   
Barclays), ENL -1.8% (downgraded to Neutral from Buy at Citigroup), RUK -1.5% 
(thinly traded, Reed Elsevier downgraded to Neutral from Buy at Citigroup),   
UNP -0.4% (downgraded to Hold from Buy at TD Securities)                      


Gapping up                                                                    

   M&A related: CPTS +19.7% (Conceptus to be acquired by Bayer (BAYRY) for $31.00
per share), VRX +4% and ACT +2.5% ( Merger talks between ACT and Valeant      
Pharmaceuticals (VRX) have stalled following disagreements on price, according
to most recent reports), .                                                    

 Select financial related names showing strength: ING +1.6%, DB +1.4%, SAN     
+1.4% (CEO has stepped down, according to reports).                           

Select metals/mining stocks trading higher: HMY +3.6% (upgraded to Neutral    
from Sell at Citigroup), KGC +2.9%, ABX +1.9%, AU +1.9%, GOLD +1.8%, SLV      
+1.7%, NEM +1.6%, RIO +1.2%, BHP +1.1% (BHP Billiton to sell Arizona copper   
mine for $650 mln, according to reports), GLD +1%.

(Moody's and S&P have settled lawsuits realted to debt ratings, according to  
reports), TAYC +3% (to join the S&P SmallCap 600 after the close tomorrow),   
JCP +3.5% (continued strength, confirms it has entered into a commitment with 
Goldman Sachs for a $1.75 bln 5-year senior secured loan facility; also       
reports indicate two more hedge funds have bought stakes in JCP), UAN +2.3%   
(declares Q1 distribution of $0.61; reaffirms FY13 distribution guidance of   
$2.15-2.45 per unit), BBRY +2.1% (tradng modestly higher; hearing positive    
Jefferies comments related to UK Q10 launch), TIVO +1.3% (Judge has set date  
of June 10th for TIVO case against Google's (GOOG) Motorola Mobility,         
according to reports out Friday).
