What will it be?

Good morning folks, 

Well the big day is finally here and this afternoon we will know if we get our first rate increase in nearly a decade. The markets held up surprisingly well heading into the big decision. Heading into the decision the market will likely be slow and choppy. After the announcement the first reaction is typically a head fake while people digest the full statement and the impact it has>>>so be on your toes. 

We have options expiration this week so the next day and a half could get extremely volatile, play close attention to the VIX. There may be some scalp opportunities in TVIX and UVXY. GOLD and OIL had a fairly nice bounce yesterday while the strength of the dollar struggled. A Fed raise should strengthen the dollar and commodities should weaken but what really matters is how hawkish or dovish the Fed statement is moving forward. Janet Yellen has a news conference 30 minutes after the announcement and what she says in that conference will help the markets determine the tone.
