Alpha Wolf Capital : Be Careful Out There

Good morning folks,
As I write this we are looking at a small gap open pre market. Markets around the globe continued to struggle making it less likely that our markets will be able to hold the premarket action. My ideal setup would have been for an aggressive gap down on some big volume with a strong reversal after a nice capitulation flush.

Earnings start this evening with AA kicking it off and that could provide a catalyst for the markets. ACI announced bankruptcy restructuring and that could put more pressure on the energy and coal sectors.

I remain skeptical of the markets and will be looking for quick hits in these conditions. Trading could be tricky so be careful out there. I will be focusing on volatility UVXY, XIV TVIX, and I will be watching oil with UWTI.
