Good morning folks, 
We are going to find out by the end of the day. I was really hoping we would have a couple of weak days leading into the Fed decision. Whatever is said today and how it is interpreted will likely set the tone for the remainder of the year. Now keep in mind the the first reaction of the markets to the Fed announcement is usually just a knee jerk reaction. After the data gets absorbed the real move starts to appear. Be careful not to over react >regardless of the initial market action. 
We are flashing some green premarket after a very nice day yesterday. If you have some profits working it never hurts to book some into a binary event like today. We will likely trade in a range as the decision approaches.

Have to be careful with these China names its gapping into resistance very tiny float could set up for a nice trade in both directions

Has had a constructive pull back after that little run into resistance could be ready for a nic ebounce if the IBB finds some strength 

Had some nice action yesterday could get some follow through however it is a chronic pop and flopper Do NOT chase it
