Good morning folks,
We had another treading water type of day and this morning, at least for now, we are looking at a small gap open. This action is very constructive as we consolidate for the next move. We have several indexes or sectors approaching areas of support with nice looking patterns being formed. Just quickly going through my index scans I noticed the XLE IWM MDY and even the IBB is looking kinda hot. So for now it looks like we are building up some energy and working off overbought conditions through time.
The SMH which we talked about this weekend is at a key spot where it could break down so be cautious in that space especially if its a stock in that sector that has already had a nice run.
