Good morning Folks 

What a crazy ride yesterday hopefully you were able to take advantage of the volatility and catch some of the bounce trades that we had after and intense gap down. This morning we are looking at a fairly significant gap up that is close to wiping the near 600 point drop yesterday in the DOW.

The volatility creates some fantastic trading opportunities both MU and SUNE which were in this weeks video worked out perfectly. There were too many great opportunities to take advantage of them all. I missed both AAPL and DIS.

 

So now the question is whether or not the correction is over or is this the beginning of something bigger. Gap up days are my worst days for trading and like we talked about over the weekend I am in the camp that we could be looking at a more severe correction than most are anticipating, We have done a tremendous amount of technical damage and until that damage is repaired I will be selling into the rips. I would really like to see a retest of yesterdays low within the next couple of weeks and have it hold as support. 

Now I could very well be wrong and we could have a V shaped recovery that goes on to smash all time highs. As traders we can't get caught up in our own beliefs we have to be agile enough to adapt to whatever market environment presents itself.
