Good morning folks,
What a difference a couple hours and some economic data can make. Yesterday premarket looked as though we may get a decent red day and then we got some strong economic data for our economy which just emboldened investors that we are still the nicest house on the block. There appears to be a rotation in funds form some of the momo plays MBLY TSLA FB LOCO CYBR and into some of the lower quality stocks. Small oils look really hot, There were tons of good looking oil names in my scans last night. IWM had a nice little reversal and the other indexes look like they have more in them. Innocent until proven guilty continues to work but we need to be prepared for anything.
China cut their interest rate and good old Mario Draghi has his bazooka ready. The market seems to like that news as we are currently looking at a gap open. Oil and Gold are also up premarket. Gap up days are typically my most challenging days, hopefully there will be some nice setups to take advantage of.
Stocks on my Radar
EDAP already in with a small swing look for 2 dolla roll, GALE decent daily, GV potential continuation, BDR nice little flag on the daily, JRJC decent flag daily, LLNW possible continuation, EXXI AAV AXAS MPO WRES PWE MHR small oils and gas look HOT, FCX AKS active premarket more swing type, GERN continues to grind higher, STRM interesting daily needs some volume though
