Good morning Folks, 
NASDAQ SPY and the DOW hit new highs, IWM and IBB both had nice little bounces and the market remains innocent until proven guilty. Gold also and the miners had a nice bounce and its possible that could carry over into today. The Keystone pipeline failed to get the votes and it will be interesting to see what impact, if any, that result has on oil, gas and refinery names. The FOMC minutes come out later today which always makes for a somewhat choppy boring day until the minutes come out. 

Stocks on my radar 
SUNE price target raised possible continuation, LITB earnings beat and raise bounce off moving averages, RESN thin stock possible continuation, TSL possible continuation off pr, CEMP pr 14 dolla roll nice looking daily, BDR thin one possible continuation, GERN continues to grind higher, CYNAF penny play pr worth watching,  FOLD priced its offering @ 6.50 had decent action yesterday, CANF possible red to green play, ARQL hot daily need a big volume break out, CLF possible dip buy, MACK 9 dolla roll testing 52 week highs off pr,
